About the role
You will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and work closely with our founders. We are currently focussing on our go-to-market strategy so that your focus will also lie in this area. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer acquisition: Ideate and test sales channels to acquire new customers efficiently
- Reporting: Keep track of sales efforts to evaluate and compare different strategies
- Process optimization: Build on your insights to develop and improve our sales approach
About you
The company was founded earlier this year. This entails a lot of freedom to shape processes and structures but also requires certain traits:
- Hands-on: Probably the most important trait. Most of the things you will do, have not been done before at enerkii. There is no blue print and you will be expected to solve ill-structured problems independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Resources are limited and therefore it is key to use them efficiently. Often a “dirty” working solution today will be preferred over the slow but perfect solution next week.
- Fluent German: Many of our customers do not speak English. Therefore, fluency in German is essential for this role.
- [Bonus] B2B sales experience: You have experience in B2B sales, know how to identify the buying center and drive decision making.
Hard facts
- Availability: You should be available for a period of at least 3 months. The sooner you can start the better.
- Salary: Interns are paid 2,250€/month
- Location: Munich
